Question:
Recently in office hours you recommended that graduates redo Rouxbe courses on their own. I’m redoing the Plant-based Pro Cert course, relearning things I had forgotten or rushed by, and trying different recipes for activities. Great advice! Thanks! ?

I'm glad you're enjoying that Marianne and that's I love that, you know, when going back and looking all the things that you'd learned before there are certainly things that you're going to miss. So, you know going back to the course again is a wonderful way to be able to revisit some of the activities you might have skipped over because of timing, you know, because I get it if you're taking some of these classes you're like God you get this done on time. And sometimes you choose one recipe, but you don't choose the other so it's like I'm gonna choose this recipe instead going there. So it's a great way to re-explore and really get the most money out of your classes as well, too. So, I'm glad you're enjoying it Marianne.
