Can a cleaver be sharpened in the same motion as a chef's knife? Or is it better to do by section?

Answer:

Uh, yes, so if you're using, you know, like we show how to sharpen a knife on a knife block you can use the exact same technique as you're taking the Cleaver and going along the edge of that stone. You should be able to do it in the same technique and I would do it definitely is one long stroke instead of bisection.
