Once you open a can of chickpeas, how long can you keep the aquafaba in the fridge?

Answer:
That's a great question. I typically, you know tell people about five days at most on something like that. Like if you're taking it out of the can but like we said earlier in this, you know freezing it. It's a great option. So take an ice cube tray and pour the aquafaba into an ice cube tray and then you can freeze it use it anytime you want but if you're just opening it and putting the fridge five days is kind of a shelf life or something like that if it's a little over you you're okay, but I would say five days as your limit.
