How do I keep tofu moist in my regular oven?

Answer:
So if you're cooking with it, and you want to keep it moist a marinade is probably your best bet. You know, the reason we're talking about pressing tofu is to be able to get a lot of them moisture out of it to be able to help dry it out and get a different texture to it. You don't have to press the tofu in order to be able to get that as well. So you can keep it moist but a marinade is actually going to be able to help keep it moist. If you're cooking in your oven. You might want to check on it halfway through flip it over and then baste the outside with the marinade as well. So basically taking some of the marinade with a spoon and pouring it over the top of that tofu to be able to help keep it moist.
