Question:
What's the longest tofu can be marinated before it starts to crumble?
— Zac Chelbi
Answer:
I have marinated Tofu for a week and it's been fine. It depends on when you like how much of the moisture you press out of it as well too. So. Yeah, like a really firm tofu. I've definitely marinated it for a week doesn't start to crumble a little bit Yeah, but not like anything significant. It's not gonna fall apart on you. But what as I was saying when I prep things ahead of time, I'll typically do tofu on that same lot. So I'll be marinating tofu in my fridge so I wouldn't say weak, but I guess it's been like four to five days. And it's it's been fine, and you don't have to worry about that at all.
