The first ingredient in many vegan butters and mayo is oil. Is there another substitute for oil free preparations?

Well, yes, that is right because they are fats. um in the course we Have a unit on fat substitutes. So you can use some people use applesauce date paste. I'm very partial to prune or a dried plum puree. But it's not necessarily one to one. So you're going to have to I would do a test. And then but I would maybe bake a couple I would cut the recipe in half or in quarter bake some muffins and see how it goes.
