I typically just use the juice from the lime. I will try muddling the whole lime next time.

How can this be adjusted to make a bulk batch for a party? Obviously leave out the Club Soda until served but other than that how should the proportions be adjusted. I've tried several methods before and none really seem to come out very well. For instance, if you wanted to make a gallon of base for a summer party how could this be adjusted without throwing everything off balance. This always seems to be a challenge for me but restaurants and professional caterers must be able to pull it off.

Hi Judy- You need to basically batch it - meaning take the same ratios and use those in bulk. For example, instead of a 1 oz measure, use a 12 or 16 oz measure to make 12/16 times as much in one measurement. Have extra product on hand to balance as needed and also have lots of ice and garnish! ~Ken
