I'm not a huge fan of dill, but I really liked this frittata. The dill flavor was present, but not overpowering. The tang of the goat cheese was fantastic and a nice contrast to the eggs. I baked my frittata for 5 minutes at 350 degrees (maybe 6 minutes); I took out of the oven when I thought the center was just set, but realized the very top layer was still quite soft when I cut into it. I will cook for longer next time (probably closer to 10 minutes).
