Maybe this is a stupid question, but what is a sports gel and how do you use it?

That is not a stupid question at all Naouar. Sports or energy gels are used when working out for extended periods of time. For myself, I use them when I am doing long runs. I take one about every 45 minutes, but the amount one takes is different for everyone. Here is an article that will explain better what sports gels are. Hope that helps. Cheers!

Rouxbe StaffHi Denise- Seaweed like dulse can be found at any health food store or specialty food store. Of course, Asian markets will typically carry this type of seaweed as well - but be sure to get dulse as others will not work in this particular recipe. Cheers!
