This variation of the all-American condiment is a perfect addition to your raw burger or a base for BBQ sauce.

Step 1: Preparing the Catsup

• 3/4 cup sun–dried tomatoes (if not soft, soak in warm water for 30 minutes and drain)
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp onion granules
• 3 tbsp agave or date paste
• 1 tsp sea salt, or to taste
• 1/4 tsp white pepper


To prepare the catsup, in a food processor, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

If using a high–speed blender you may need to add a splash of water to help blend the ingredients.
