Hello ! Can this also be made with frozen berries ? In this case, how long can I keep it in fridge ? Thanks.

Hello, to you, Megha! Yes, you can use frozen berries for this recipe. I would recommend defrosting the berries in the refrigerator ahead of time, and separating the berries and juices that will be in the bag. Blend the berries as directed and add just enough of the residual juices to get the consistency you are desiring. You can keep the coulis in the refrigerator for about 5-7 days or freeze for up to 6 months. Cheers, Sandy
