Dawn is also the friendly voice whose narrative brings Rouxbe's step-by-step instructional cooking videos to life.
She graduated at the top of her class from the Pacific Culinary Institute in Vancouver where she later became a culinary instructor.

Kimberley's primary role is to oversee the media production relating to Rouxbe's Cooking School. She is also responsible for writing pre- and post-production for all of Rouxbe's video content, testing recipes, and compiling research.

Most recently, she completed her MA in Liberal Studies at Simon Fraser University. Her thesis: Chef as Artist: The Relationship of Artist, Art, and Audience in "Babette's Feast" allowed her to combine her passions of both food and literature. In the e-Learning field, Francesco has implemented numerous e-Learning solutions for clients like the Commonwealth of Learning, Open School BC, the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council, Hydrogen & Fuel Cells Canada and the National Research Council of Canada.
He has been a multi-media instructor at various prestigious technical schools, including most recently the Art Institute of Vancouver and the Vancouver Film School. He has written several books and articles on the subject of multi-media deployment.

In addition to his fundraising, production and operational roles at Rouxbe, Steve also works closely with Rouxbe's CEO to monitor day-to-day activities, transactions and business model execution across competitors in the online food space. Jenn is one of the editors at Rouxbe that is responsible for bringing the instructional cooking videos to life. She is uniquely passionate about creating high-quality content that brings value to others, and has spent a great deal of her career working on e-learning related multi-media projects.
Although Jenn spends much of her time at Rouxbe focusing on an editorial role, Jenn's qualifications cover virtually all aspects of filmmaking from pre- to post-production, including project management, scriptwriting, camera operation, direction, sound recording, set, editing (video and sound), video compression and more. Sergio Mora is one of Rouxbe's high-definition camera operators, the director of photography and a post-production editor.
Prior to Rouxbe, he worked as a journalist for several newspapers and magazines. He also worked as a news camera operator where he developed a passion for documentaries. Sergio has a deep love for stories related to the human condition and social conflict. His work also won him several national and international awards in Mexico, South America, France and Spain.
Besides being an independent filmmaker, he considers himself a frustrated musician and chef. His music will remain his challenge, while his hidden chef side will continue to grow side by side with his team at Rouxbe. Collapse

She was born and raised in Morelia, Mexico and earned her BA in Communications Science from the Universidad Latina de America. She came to Vancouver to study editing and cinematography at the Vancouver Film School.
As a new mom, Jenny enjoys the challenge of working on her professional passion, and figuring out how to raise a child. She is excited to be a part of the Rouxbe team and loves the culinary challenge. Collapse

Gagan is the Director of Design at Rouxbe and is charged with ensuring exceptional end-user experience for Rouxbe's viewers. He is responsible for all art direction and interaction design on the site. Gagan is also the Brand Manager, where he's responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing Rouxbe's Brand strategy.
Gagan was previously an instructor at the Vancouver Film School where he played an instrumental role in developing the curriculum for the Digital Design program, as well as helping to establish practices, ideologies and methods.
