I love this course just like I loved the first course I took. This course was very well made. The lessons were well laid out. The instructions and videos were very informative, helpful, and detailed. I like the way you have the troubleshooting guides, equipment lists, references, etc.  The instructions are well laid out, the videos are well presented. I like the fact that you explain the reasons behind the different methods as well as the function of ingredients in the recipe. I appreciate your understanding that some ingredients may not be available to some of us so you give us choices.

The online course was professionally laid out, well thought out, and broke down the tasks into manageable units.  As an instructor myself I recognize the effort, planning and time put into developing an online course of this caliber. I also thought the Facebook group was a wonderful idea!
