Apprentice Quick Start

This is a list of the tasks you will need to complete based on the track that you are on. For all tracks, you will need to enroll in ApprentiScope and Rouxbe for the program. If you are going to be on the ACF Track, you will need to complete the ACF Membership Form to obtain your membership credentials.
1. Set Up Accounts
ApprentiScope (via employer invitation):
- Complete profile fields
- Confirm assigned Supervising Chef
Set notification preferences in Settings → My Profile
Rouxbe (via employer/school link):- Use the discount/access code provided by your employer or Rouxbe
- Complete the ACF New Apprentice Registration Form in Unit 1 on your Rouxbe RTI, or here
2. Complete Forms
DOL Track:
- Sign DOL Apprentice Agreement (Form 671): : will be generated once you are in ApprentiScope
- Review wage scale with employer

3. Your Regular Tasks
Weekly/Biweekly
- Log OJT hours with specific competencies in ApprentiScope
- Upload competency photos when requested
- Continue RTI courses and quizzes on Rouxbe
- Review Knowledge Pages for OJT guidance
- Communicate with Supervising Chef
Every 30 RTI Hours:
Submit course completion in ApprentiScope for approval
Throughout Program:
- Track progress toward completion (typically 2-year limit)
- Prepare for final Written & Practical Exam

Supervising Chef Quick Start

This is a list of the tasks you will need to complete based on the track that your Apprentices are on. For all tracks, you will need to enroll in ApprentiScope and Rouxbe for the program. If your apprentices are going to be on the ACF Track, they will need to complete the ACF Membership Form to obtain their membership credentials.

Administrator/Employer Quick Start

What do I do if I have login issues?

How often do I have to log/approve?
Apprentices log weekly/biweekly. Supervisors approve within 3-5 days.
How do I view progress?
ApprentiScope → Progress Overview or Reports → Program Transcript
How do I manage email notifications?
Settings → My Profile → Settings tab
Is RTI required for DOL track?
Yes, RTI is required for all tracks.
How do I report RTI completion?
Submit in ApprentiScope every 30 hours after completing Rouxbe courses.
What happens upon completion?
Apprentices take the ACF Written & Practical Exam (ACF tracks) or receive DOL Certificate (DOL tracks).
Can I manage multiple apprentices?
Yes, the dashboard shows all assigned apprentices. See Managing Multiple Apprentices to learn more.
Can I correct errors?
Admins can edit approved entries. See Modifying Submissions.
Can I bulk import users?
Contact apprenticeship@rouxbe.com for large cohorts.
How do I generate compliance reports?
Reports tab → Program Transcripts, Custom User Reports, data export
