There are numerous material choices of pots and pans. How do we choose the best for our needs?

Answer:
I have an array of pots and pans that I use someone gifted me greenpan, but the high end green pan so that there's no scraping or anything like that. I do prefer a good stainless steel pan and Cleaning it is a breeze. And I do not use teflon. No one in my opinion. No one in 2003 should be using Teflon but stainless steel might be your best way to go.
