I’d like to earn a chef certification, for a few reasons but where do you think I should start?

Answer:
Well, that's great because through the American Chef Federation most of the Rouxbe classes you actually get certifications and certificates to be able to go towards the American Chef federations certification program. So it just if you look into a little bit unto your diploma and on to the what you get at the end of each class the American Chef Federation definitely gives you credits towards those so Rouxbe is a great place to start. So if you're if you're already in some of the classes, you're probably getting credit when you finish it at the moment and you can see you can add on a number of the different courses that we have to get different certification. To the American Chef Federation, so that's a great place to be able to start and just personally thank you for your work. I worked in, you know School food for a long time and you know, it's definitely an uphill battle, and I'm glad you're in there helping out.
