Question:
I’ve heard master chefs say NOT to rinse mushrooms. Plus I’ve heard master chefs say it’s actually ok and recommend washing organic. Thoughts?

Answer:
You know give it a try both using a brush on a dry mushroom and gently cleaning a mushroom under you know, a gentle stream of cold water is effective chefs have personal preferences and very often you will you will hear chefs whoever they might be wherever they might be, you know as spouse a single way to do it because they think it's the best way and I suggest giving multiple ways a try and test the results yourself. Okay, they're often is absolutely nothing wrong with applying water to mushrooms to help clean them. All right. Thank you.
