Can you substitute commercially made vegan cheese in recipes that call for cheese? Is there a good brand?

Answer:
You can you know, and these plant-based cheeses they act in react in the face of heat in very different ways. And so it depends on what you're doing what you're making. Okay, it's gonna require a little bit of testing a little bit of experimentation a little bit of trial and error whatever you want to call it. I call it the joy of cooking and Discovery and and Good Eats, but you know, there are many Brands out there and again depends on what it is. You're trying to achieve one you might consider is me yokos miyoko's brand and this is a popular brand Nationwide and miyoko's produces a number of different.
