Oh, I think anything goes over Millet. I've never met a grain that I didn't like, you know the recipe we have for the braze coconut chickpeas with spinach and stewed tomatoes Millet would be perfect for that wherever you use rice or Faro or anything else like that or quinoa. I think Millet would be perfect.
