Would I have enough time to finish the Pastry Arts Quick Breads course, if I take a month off?

I'm sure it's possible. Um, uh, yes, it is possible, but it's all dependent upon your pace of work, okay? And that, um, that's the, the beauty right of, of our courses is that, uh, you've got a start date, you've got an end date, but what you do in between is really up to you. And, um, so, you know, I'll let you sort of figure that out on paper. Um, you know, how, how many tasks or units you need to do in the amount of time that you have.
