Question:
Do you ever experience very white looking organic cane sugar?
— Regina Heon
Answer:
I have not seen very white cane sugar. I have noticed. So organic cane sugar and vegan cane sugar and fair trade cane sugar are usually one and the same. And this they are not as white as white table sugar that you find in the market that we never used because they haven't been bleached and they retain a small amount of the molasses that is inherent in the cane and that's why they're not pure white. Um, the colors and the size of the crystal varies by brand quite a lot. So some are very, very pale, beige, very pale and some are darker. Some of the crystals are fine and some are larger. But no matter what, all the crystals are larger than a white sugar crystals. So I lightly grind mine before. So I've never shopped at BJ's Regina. So you know, I don't know. Um, I is it a, I imagine it's a private label white, A private label label organic sugar. You know what I do? I reach out to the company and I ask questions and you might wanna do that.
