I’m at 8k feet above sea level. What advice do you have for baking adjustments?

Answer:
This guide that I put there is probably a good, um, kind of starter for you. I do know that you typically need to add a little bit more water to things and you typically have to have the temperature go up a little bit, um, depending on how far up you are now, the exact amounts actually are in this link. So I hope that one baking in high altitudes helps. It's a great blog and it's a a wonderful way to be able to look at different ways of, um, different altitudes, um, and ways to adjust your recipes to make sure that they work out just right.
