What can I do for the Yaki Udon recipe if I don't want to use oil?

Answer:

So what you're gonna do instead is you're going to take some sesame seeds and you are going to either grind them in your little spice mill or you are going to, um, use a mortar and pestle so that you can get that, uh, sesame flavor. You can also, I would suggest to toast them first and then, um, open them up with a mortar and pestle so that you get that oily flavor. Remember that, um, uh, the Plant Pro course is whole food plant-based, but it's not whole food plant-based, no oil. And I can tell you that when I was a Rouxbe student many, many years ago, at the top of every assignment, I would write in big capital letters made without oil, salt or sugar.
