Is there a way to make sauerkraut without using salt?

Answer:
Uh, yes, there is. You can also, there's a different fermentation method that you can do, uh, to be able to make the, the fermentation happen for the sauerkraut as well without using salt. Um, you know, but, uh, I'm not gonna go into it too much right here, but if you do a little bit of research on that, you can find that you can do fermentations without using salt as well. Um, traditionally you're going to use like a water, uh, and, uh, water and salt brine to be able to make that happen. But there are alternative ways to be able to make that happen.
