If you are a follower of Jane Esselstyn, you know about her, Dr. Seuss Stackers. And, um, I have sort of, uh, re shall we say, refine the recipe a little bit. And every time we have an event, I get the call, can you make a hundred of those sweet potato stackers? So, uh, f Friend knows that on Monday and Tuesday, I'll be busy making those stackers and, uh, it'll be fun to have a gathering at a restaurant that we all like and get to see people who we like.
