So here's the thing, first, you wanna check the expiration date on the bottom of the hemp seeds. If you have a good memory and you remember that, you put them in the refrigerator, then you have them staying very, very fresh. My instinct and what I do when I buy flaxseed meal is I, the minute I get home, I just put it in the fridge. So, uh, that's my suggestion to you for, um, for working with, uh, your hemp seeds. And I'm trying to think how big is a container of hemp seeds from a big box store. Um, I like, I think there's also, um, hemp seeds in the Mary's gone cracker, by the way. Um, for those of you who are in Plant Pro, when I was a student at Rouxbe, uh, in the raw assignment, I made, um, wraps from colored wraps, and then I made, uh, homemade crackers with hemp seed. And, uh, the crackers were really, really delicious. I make them quite often around here if I don't, uh, wanna treat myself to a box of Mary's gone Crackers.
