I have a question on date paste and maple syrup. When would you substitute those is it 1 for 1 or maybe less?

Answer:
For example, if it cau cause, uh, calls for two tablespoons of maple syrup, I'm going to put in two tablespoons of, uh, date paste, so that that's how I work. And it seems to work well for me. And even using a date paste, uh, your, uh, the batter that you're working with gets, uh, is very, very moist and seems to, uh, to do the trick. So, um, the other thing is that making your own date paste is far more economical than, uh, you know, buying, uh, date syrup or, or whatever.
