I've been freezing Aquafaba in ice cube trays (1 tbls). This is from the canned beans. Is that okay?

Yes, you know, that, uh, in my experience has been okay. And, um, um, you know, the, you know, give it a try. And as I mentioned, at the front end of today's program, if necessary, you can always, uh, adjust the, the viscosity or the concentration of aquafaba by, um, you know, some gentle simmering. Okay?
