Do you know what type of pan they're using in the demos (brand, material)?

Answer:
So, um, I'm not sure the exact brand that they're using in the video. I do know it's a stainless steel pan from the looks of it. Um, it's probably a higher end pan, like a, an all clad or something like that, but I'm not a hundred percent sure.
