Is Masa used to make homemade tortillas an OK thing in plant based cooking?

Answer:
Certainly I have to say that, um, sometimes I make tortillas from, uh, cooked, uh, sweet potatoes, um, with a whole wheat flour, and they come out, well, I will say, and this thing weighs like 14 pounds. But, um, if you're gonna make tortillas, you've gotta get yourself a, um, tortilla press just as they come out evenly and look beautiful. But yeah, you can use, uh, maka and, um, it, it works perfectly well. But I also, as I said earlier, I've made them out of whole wheat flour and other thing, it's moisture and texture and finding the right, uh, just the right touch for making them come out well. Uh, but yeah, that's a great question.
