More than one recipe calls for wine. Is it ok to use de-alcoholized wine?

Answer:
I mean, if, if, um, you know, you, uh, or anyone that you're cooking for doesn't consume alcohol for whatever reason, absolutely. I mean, uh, you know, o omit the alcohol however you need to. And so, you know, de alcoholed wine is, uh, you know, may be an answer for you, um, completely omitting it, uh, is an answer for a lot of people, in which case, uh, they will, uh, in its place use, uh, perhaps vegetable stock, um, you know, sometimes it's apple juice or some other flavorful liquid, um, you know, as that substitute.
