Question:
Tomorrow I will cook the Black Bean Quesadilla, and I am a little confusse because the recipe ask for 1/4 cup of beer! Could I use water?

Um, you know, I don't have that recipe in front of me, but, uh, in a quantity as small as one quarter of a cup, uh, it must be, uh, provided, um, you know, as, um, uh, a form of liquid as well as flavoring. And in that small of a quantity, eh, you know, the, the beer flavoring is gonna be pretty small, so I think it's gonna be very easy for you to use water as a substitute.
