Question:
I froze my tofu to improve the texture, then marinated it and cooked it. Can I refreeze the tofu since it has been cooked?

Answer:
Yeah, give it a try and see how you like the results. Um, you know, generally when you cook something that is, uh, relatively high in water content, uh, it'll shift the texture a little bit. I'm not, I'm not saying that's a bad thing, it's just a change in the texture. So you'll need to see how you like those results.
