Question:
Do the green powders such as Ag1 work as vegi replacements?
— Randi Wentworth
Answer:
they're not a replacement. They can be an addition. But again, the green powders, I don't do the powders. But again, is that all you have access to? Is that all you have time for? I would ask that you try and introduce, um, whole fruits and vegetables into your diet and maybe have one veggie replacement. Um, I, I myself am a little wary of the blue green algae, um, because of potential toxins that it can hold. Uh, so I don't tend to do that. Um, again, not going with the supplements, sticking with the whole food diet is really the way to go. I don't know your situation individually, but that might be something I would talk to a naturopath or a dietician about.
