Question:
How do you propose to shift preferences to fresh, chewy, and flavorful foods?
— Chris Dunmall
Answer:
One bite at a time. So if I'm seeing somebody who is really having, is really following a sad diet, I'll ask them, okay, there are certain things we can work on. It's your choice. Do you wanna work on your intake of grains this month? Or learning how to decrease salt and make health and make tasty food or do you wanna work on your fats and oils intake or your vegetables or your fruit? Fruit? And I ask them because they get to choose one thing to work on. And then I try my best to support and coach them in helping them to make that change. So it's gonna be one step at a time and it's gonna take, it's going to take food warriors like yourself being armed to arm in the kitchen with folks teaching them one by one.
