What can I say to a medical professional to make them think about food as a component of healthy living?

Medical professionals, eyes wide open when um, you walk in and maybe you're, you know, I'm not saying you, but a person walks in and maybe they're 20 pounds lighter 'cause they switch to a whole whole Foods way of eating or they got the cholesterol down that was impossible in the, in the medical professional's eyes because you need medicine in order to do that. And then we, um, okay, so that is, sorry. Um, yeah. Um, someone just came to pick up my dog. Sorry about that. Alright, so I would live by example and you can ask them again. Do you wanna learn more about this? Ooh, I have this really great book you can say to your clinician, it's called From Clinic to Kitchen, right? The culinary medicine textbook. Even give it to them. Yes, I wrote that with people from around the world. And that's a doc can totally use that.
