Do you consider polenta a grain?

Answer:
Technically yes, it is a grain and um, what I would look at is the polenta that they use, how much fiber is left in it. So is if it's devoid of fiber, it becomes one of those refined grains versus a whole grain. But polenta itself actually is a grain I would wanna use. And that's the thing, right? If you want a really creamy polenta and you're having it like once every two weeks, then make up your fiber somewhere else because you're not gonna get that creamy polenta if you use really, um, coarse corn. Um, but you can try. Um, depends what it is you're looking for there.
