For women with endometriosis what should they stay away from? I heard coffee and seed oils and to go WFPB.

I think a good resource would be Dr. Christie Funk or Dr. Monica Al. Um, one is a cardiologist, one is a breast surgeon. But um, I have to say that whole food plant, plant-based certainly seems to be a plethora of, um, helpfulness in conditions that can arise in men and women.
