Question:
What is the best way to roast cashews for a recipe, and what are your dues and don’ts?

Answer:
Um, so first of all, just take the cashews, make sure that they're all clean, that you're not getting any pebbles or anything in them, so kind of spread them out a little bit. Um, and I'll put the oven to about 350 degrees, put down some parchment paper or something like that, um, and roast for about 15 minutes, checking about every two minutes to see how they're doing. So my biggest dew is to check them constantly. Um, don't go too hot on the temperature for them. 'cause they'll cook quicker than you think they will.
