Can you please recommend resources that help me understand what to pair with what? ( I'm not very good at this! )

Answer:
There is, you know, when I, anybody asks me what my favorite cookbook is, I always tell 'em it's the Flavor Bible. And the flavor Bible is actually not a cookbook. What it is, is pairing different ingredients with different ingredients. So it's wonderful because you can find, you know, that, um, you know, uh, one ingredient tastes really good with the other one. And it's a huge book, has tons of different pairings to be able to go through. And I would highly recommend that one, if you're vegetarian, there's a vegetarian flavor Bible as well. Uh, both those books are widely available on the internet or local bookstores even too.
