What would be a great plant-based dressing for steamed vegetables?

Answer:

Well that really depends on your palettes. I think that maybe the di jean dressing would be a really good one, but I see a lot of people using the balsamic, um, over the steamed vegetables, especially potatoes. Uh, so if you look those up on the Rouxbe platform, you'll find either the Deja or the balsamic are two that I would probably, uh, you know, just off the top of my head, use for a steamed vegetable. Um, I do a roast vegetable dish all the time in the fall and I'll do a tahini and, uh, miso with ginger, uh, dressing over the top. That's really good. And that's usually with a bit of tofu and all kinds of roasted vegetables too.
