How can I take the Seitan Brisket Recipe and make it taste like "Thanksgiving?"

And, uh, you know, the first thing is, um, I guess for, uh, for some folks who, um, don't mind some of the, the processed foods, um, Satan can be a nice option. And in which case I would add poultry seasoning, poultry seasoning, you know, is reminiscent of the bird that we're replacing. And, um, it's a nice easy addition, uh, to kind of bring our minds back around to Thanksgiving and some of the, the flavor profile that many of us have gotten used to. Um, now let me also add that, um, you know, we've got a, um, a walnut meat loaf, uh, recipe, um, on our Rouxbe We, uh, website that is more of a whole food, um, product, uh, finished product that can act as a center of the table, uh, item at, at the time of Thanksgiving. And so this is gonna be, uh, based on, uh, on, on nuts. It's also based on breadcrumbs as well as spices and, and other seasonings. And this one too, uh, incorporates poultry seasoning again, to bring us around to that familiar flavor at the center of the, uh, the Thanksgiving table. So, you know, I hope that you'll consider, uh, these two suggestions.
