The other thing, you know, with these is that my approach, uh, otherwise is fairly simple, and that is pair it with some gravy. Okay? And then you've got the other side dishes that really make up the context of Thanksgiving. I mean, how many times have we heard, um, uh, you know, our friends or family say, gosh, you know, I like those side dishes better anyway, or, you know, I like the, the, the leftovers of, um, you know, those side dishes, uh, even better than the Turkey. And so this is, uh, you know, a, a time when we have the, the context, uh, to keep in mind, and that is we have these beautiful side dishes of which, uh, suggestions were provided, uh, in today's program. And then we can use, uh, you know, a center of the table, um, example in, in the Satan brisket or the walnut meatloaf, um, to, to suit, uh, you know, a more whole food focus, um, but just, uh, seasoned with poultry seasoning and paired with gravy. And I think that can make, uh, a very satisfying Thanksgiving meal.
