I freeze fresh tumeric and ginger. What are your thoughts?

Answer:

That's what I, I definitely freeze fresh ginger and turmeric. Um, and that's totally fine. It preserves it. Um, when they were talking about the cruciferous vegetables, that's when they said don't freeze these because of it wasn't the curcumin in it. The amount of curcumin in this raw versus frozen is gonna be the exact same. So you do not have to, um, worry about that. And had I Anna Marie put my turmeric in the freezer, I would've had one to show you, but I ducked, I do not.
