Do you recommend making fruit pies with raw or pre-cooked fruit fillings?

Answer:
It depends Regina on the pie. Um, I tend with my apple pies are I used, what did I used to call them? Mile high apple pie or something like that. I like to precook some of the apples ahead, but always, always cool down your fruit fillings. And there are other fruit pies, uh, cranberry pear that I will cut the pieces small and use them uncooked.
