I have a food sensitivity to garlic. What can I substitute for garlic or garlic powder?

Answer:

I just heard about, uh, an Italian woman that I know in Italy actually has a sensitivity to garlic as well. So I think what you, you know what I would, what I substitute when I'm cooking for people who can't have garlic is finally minced shallot or, and or leaks. And I find that that really works well
