Can you share any ideas on how to enhance flavor but still keep it healthy when preparing water-canned tuna?

Answer:
I would add everything but the kitchen sink to that water, canned tuna. I, I learned this actually, um, down south, so you can add chopped up tomatoes and even pickles and, um, scallions and even thinly sliced vegetables and some lemon and some dill. And if you, and it's a little bit of olive oil and a little bit of salt, and you have something actually incredible to eat.
