In your opinion, besides eating raw, what is the best use of the honey crisp?

Answer:

I use honey crisp to make apple desserts like cobblers, crisp bars, all kinds of things. It's a nice baking apple but again I tend to mix my apples so some will stay firmer, some will get softer and just the mix of it is really delicious.
