Question:
Does the New Hope Orchard have organic apples? I have trouble finding organic apples at our local orchards.

Answer:
They have their apples are not certified organic, but I have talked with them at length and they've been very forthcoming about the kind of spraying that they do early on. And I would say some of these orchards are practicing organic, are using organic practices, but haven't spent the money to become certified.
