Question:

Is the commercial liquid fruit & vegetable “cleaner” worth it?

— Linda Danforth

Answer:

Well, I don't really know. I think that maybe you need to do some research ask around, look at reviews. I tend to make my own with vinegar or baking soda and a little tiny bit teeny drop sometimes of dish soap. Not really dish soap. You know, early in the early days of covid, some of you might remember that we were, that there was information in the news telling us to wash our fruits and vegetables in soapy water and it seemed a little odd to me. So I don't do that, but I use water with, I think the running water really makes a difference. I think a brush like this or another kind of a brush that you use just for your fruits and vegetables, I have one for fruit, one for vegetables that tend to get the brush a bit, not more knocked up like squashes and potatoes. And I use that and I do use some baking soda.
